- Ghee – 1 tablespoon
Method:
- Prepare the Chhena: Start by curdling milk to make chhena (cottage cheese). Knead the chhena thoroughly to get a smooth texture.
- Cooking: Heat a pan and add the chhena. Mix in the icing sugar and cardamom powder. Continue to melt and blend the mixture well.
- Add Condensed Milk: Once the chhena mixture is well-blended, drizzle in the condensed milk. Stir continuously until the mixture changes from white to a light brown color.
- Setting the Mixture: Brush a plate with ghee and pour the chhena mixture onto it. Shape the mixture as desired.
- Cooling: Allow the mixture to cool, then refrigerate it.
