Hunter Biden Convicted in Firearms Case
Hunter Biden, the son of U.S. President Joe Biden, has been convicted in three cases related to firearms.
On Tuesday, June 11, a court in Delaware, United States, found Hunter guilty after a week-long hearing of the criminal case. This news was reported by BBC.
Prosecutors in Delaware accused Hunter Biden of purchasing a handgun in 2018. During the purchase, he allegedly provided false information about his substance abuse.
Last Friday, June 7, Hunter Biden's daughter, Naomi Biden, testified in court on his behalf. However, the court did not call U.S. President Joe Biden to testify.
Recently, President Joe Biden stated that if his son were found guilty in the trial, he would not pardon him.
