Two Senior DMP Officers Transferred
Two senior officers of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), holding the ranks of Additional Deputy Police Commissioner (ADC) and Assistant Police Commissioner (AC), have been transferred.
On Thursday, June 13, the DMP Commissioner Habibur Rahman signed an order effectuating these transfers.
In a message on Saturday, June 15, the DMP announced that Mohammad Enamul Haque Mithu, Additional Commissioner of the Tejgaon Division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Police (DB), has been transferred to the Wari Division of the DB. Additionally, Mohammad Jahangir Kabir, AC of the DMP, has been transferred to the position of Assistant Commissioner in the Media and Public Relations Division of the DMP.
The order has been instructed to take immediate effect
