Celebrating Eid in peace, the Muslim world: Erdogan
Due to the Israeli war in Gaza, the Muslim world is celebrating Eid-ul-Azha in peace. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan made this remark during a conversation with Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
According to the Turkish communications office, Erdogan spoke to the Prime Minister of Pakistan over the phone. At this time, he extended Eid greetings to Shahbaz Sharif and the people of Pakistan.
Since the Israeli attack on October 7, a total of 37,296 people have died in Gaza. More than 85,000 have been injured, mostly women and children.
