The Biden organization's declaration will produce results on September 29. From that date, Kaspersky programming updates, resales, and authorizing will stop. New business activities will be controlled in no less than 30 days of the declaration.

Merchants abusing the restriction will confront fines from the Business Office.

Moreover, the U.S. Business Division reported that two additional Russian units and one UK-based unit of Kaspersky, blamed for helping out Russian knowledge, will be added to the assents list.
